Daily Operations
- Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers 向顾客提供卓越优质的客户服务
- Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling 为顾客提供解决方案，并***限度提高与之相关的连带销售
- Handle customer enquires 积极回应顾客的问询
- Follow up the transaction at cashier counter 跟进店铺收银事宜
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on store event
- 及时将店铺活动等信息告知现有和潜在顾客
- Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor 协助完成店铺库存盘点、补货及店内营业区域清洁
- Provide support in merchandising arrivals 协助新到货品的收存工作
- Provide support for in-store events 协助店铺内举办的各类活动
- Provide support in visual merchandising and display 协助店铺内货品的视觉效果和陈列事宜
- Enforce safety, health and security rules 严格执行店铺内的保险、健康和安全规定
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
- College degree and above 大专学历或以上
Experience:
- Position requires minimum of 1 year of relevant experience 至少 1 年相关经验
- Retail experience preferred 零售行业经验者优先
- Experience in luxury business a plus 奢侈品行业经验者优先
