What You’ll Be Doing
-Prepare quotations, pricing received from customers within the committed timeline
-Responsible for filling the order re: MOQ/MPQ/LT pricing and part numbers.
-May also be responsible for changes, advice change of pricing and handle quality issues, customer payment issue.
-Responsible for handling quality issues on claims and/or may be responsible for processing claim.
-Relationship building with customers i.e. Initiate discussions on possible business opportunities.
-May handle requests for sample.
-May provide administrative support to Field Sales, when requested
What We Are Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree or above.
-A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales role or have worked in a customer service, sourcing and buyer role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry
-Excellent communication skills (clarity, organized way of thinking)
-Good time management skills (works well under pressure)
-Good English both in speaking and writing
-Good Microsoft office skills, especially good at Excel
-Aggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service-oriented and well-organized
