The Service Delivery team supports Tangoe in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This includes:

83 Provide critical support and management of customer fixed and mobile carrier invoices.

83 Ensure invoices are received, processed, and allocated according to customer business rules and requirements.

83 Identify process improvement opportunities and define system improvements based on client requirements and processes.

Responsibilities职责:
1) As a Service Delivery Analyst your primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
客户服务专员的的主要职责包括以下内容以及主管分配的其他工作。
2) Monitor client invoices to ensure all expected invoices are received and loaded into Tangoe’s expense management tools.
管理客户发票,确保所有发票都及时收取并导入天可的费用管理系统。
3) Allocate client charges to appropriate cost center and General Ledger (GL) codes based on client rules.
根据客户要求,将客户的电信费用划分到正确的成本中心跟总账代码。
4) Resolve any invoicing/billing issues with telecom carriers.
跟电信运营商沟通解决发票跟收费方面的任何问题。
5) Maintain and reconcile telecom inventory.
维护并且整理电信服务库存记录。
6) Work with cross functional teams to develop and enforce clear processes and procedures.
与跨职能团队开发跟强化清晰的操作流程。
7) Create, maintain and review customer action items as part of recurring operational status meetings.
记录,维护并定期跟客户汇报行动项目。
8) Maintain the highest quality customer service standards and attitude.
维护***水平的客户服务质量与服务态度。
9) Produce and deliver required reporting and invoice batching.
生成并提交必须的报告及发票数据。
Qualification include胜任要求:
1) Excellent written English skills, with good oral English as a plus.
优秀的英语读写能力。听说能力良好为佳。
2) Familiarity with telecommunications a plus.
熟悉电信领域为佳。
3) Proficient with business applications and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
熟悉商业应用及微软办公软件(Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
4) Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills.
良好的商业沟通跟口头演讲技能。
5) Strong analytical skills and knowledge of invoicing/payment processing.

6) Individual must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work/adapt in a fast-growing environment.
