KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Fully compliance with all company policies, including safety, control, data integrity, etc.
2. Responsible for sample delivery, preparation and testing, ensure data accuracy and traceability, appropriate data analysis
3. Responsible for equipment maintenance, including but not limited to periodical calibration, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, regular communication with suppliers, etc.
4. Close collaboration with application development engineers and research scientists; proactively participate in technical projects
5. Other tasks that relevant to the job
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. B.S. in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer or relevant majors preferred. 0-3 working experience is preferred
2. Enthusiastic, team player, "can-do" attitude, self-motivated
3. Be patient and resilient, strong willingness and ability to learn new things
4. Strong logic thinking and good problem solving skills
5. Attention to details and accuracy
6. Sound interpersonal skills
7. Be able to read and write report in English, be able to communicate in English orally
