Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to President;
- Coordinate day-to-day activities/ meetings and other admin tasks;
- Arrange travel flights bookings and itinerary;
- Maintain line manager’s calendar.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
- Process expenses claim, payment and other regular administrative spending and filing.
- Assist in implementing and cascading internal communication plan based on Group and local requirements;
- Support managing/preparing content for digital communications and campaigns (mainly focus on social media channels and eCommerce);
- Assist in eCommerce SKU and information enrichment.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, reliable and flexible;
- 2 years of administrative experience;
- Top level communicator, the ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, related experience in social media management and copywriting/content creation;
- Be able to work effectively with multiple priorities and diverse work styles.
