岗位职责：
89 Responsible for MOCVD and its supporting process equipment daily management, including the preparation of equipment daily inspection, maintenance plan, equipment maintenance instructions and spare parts list. 负责MOCVD及其配套制程设备的日常管理，包括制定负责设备的每日点检、维护计划、设备维护指导书以及备品备件清单等；
89 Responsible for MOCVD and its supporting process equipment stability maintenance, including responsible for equipment breakdown repair, regular maintenance, inspection, and calibration.负责MOCVD及其配套制程设备稳定性维持，包括负责协助设备的故障维修、定期维护以及检测校验等；
89 Responsible for assisting risk control of MOCVD and its supporting process equipment, including risk identification of arsenic and phosphorus system equipment, spare parts safety inventory evaluation and equipment continuous improvement. 负责协助MOCVD及其配套制程设备的风险控制，包括负责砷磷系统设备的风险识别、备件安全库存评估以及设备持续改进等；
89 Responsible for the introduction of new equipment of MOCVD and its supporting process, including project approval, investigation, moving in, installation and adjustment and acceptance of leading equipment. 负责MOCVD及其配套制程新设备的导入，包括负责主导设备的立项、调研、搬入、安调及验收等。
任职资格：
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical, electrical, automation and other relevant engineering.
全日制本科学历，主修机械、电气、自动化等理工科专业；
2. At least 1-3 year practical maintenance experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing or similar industry. Familiar with Aixtron CCS series MOCVD and its related equipment such as Scrubber /PL/XRD/ECV, experience in the maintenance and use of AsH3,PH3 MO source and other dangerous chemicals is preferred.
有1-3年及以上半导体晶圆制造等相似行业设备实际维护经验。熟悉Aixtorn CCS 系列MOCVD及其配套的Scrubber/PL/XRD/ECV等MO配套相关设备，有砷烷磷烷MO源等危险化学品维护使用管理经验者优先；
3. Good logical sense and analysis ability.
良好的逻辑思维意识以及分析判断能力；
4. Strong safety awareness and risk judgment ability.
较强的安全意识和风险判断能力；
5.Great execution and reporting sense.
较强的执行力和汇报意识。
