Experience and education:
61 1-3 years Technical Support experience (in a Tier 2) including experience in a customer facing or customer technical support role.
61 B.S. degree.(Prefer in Computer Science or related major)
Language Qualification:
61 Mandarin Language: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
61 English Language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking.
CCD Background and Tenure:
1. Bigdata: (可接受Spark经验,有ETL经验***)
o Preferred tenure: More than 2 years’ experience in bigdata area.
o Preferred skill: Bigdata technology like Spark/ Hadoop, Experience in Databricks is a big plus.
o Nice to have: ETL, Hbase, Kafka, MongoDB, etc.
o Not acceptable: only ETL(数据处理,数据抽取、转换和加载) experience won’t be qualified.
2. SQL(RDBMS,关系型数据库) (Oracal, MySQL, SQL Server都可以,只是数据库使用经验(增删改查)不可以,需要DBA或数据库开发,或权限管理、回复、灾备、性能调优等经验)
o Preferred tenure: More than 2 years’ experience in database management area (DBA or Database developer).
o Preferred skill: Relational database management and performance tuning experience like SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
o Not acceptable: Only DB user (writing query, use SSMS to query data) experience won’t be qualified.
3. Power BI (只是使用Power BI 不可以,需要做过Power BI 报表开发、权限管控等)
o More than 1 year experience in Microsoft Power BI related develop or support.
61 Others
o Expertise in Networking, Storage, VM is a big plus.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture and its components is a big plus.
Required Soft Skills:
61 Good communications skills. Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information and troubleshooting.
61 Good learning ability. Passion for learning new technology.
