MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

61 To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the store manager to reach budget
协助店长达成门店销售业绩目标
61 To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store
确保门店陈列符合公司标准
61 To deliver and drive the team to ensure exceptional customer service are maintained across the store
带领团队高效的给顾客提供优质的服务
61 To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs
根据门店的业务需求，安排月度、每日排班以及员工的假期
61 To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation
组织晨会，提高员工参与度
REQUIREMENT:
职位要求：
61 University degree is required
大学及以上学历
61 Good in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
良好的中英文书写及表达能力，其他语言可加分
61 Strong organizational and time management skills
良好的组织能力和时间管理能力
61 Proactive communication
积极主动沟通
61 Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness
热爱时尚，对市场、竞品和流行趋势有敏感度
61 Proven ability to boost profitability and drive sales
具备出色的促进销售的能力
61 Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable and consistent career
具备团队管理能力，并有带领及稳定团队的相关经验
61 At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry
一年以上零售管理经验，时尚零售行业优先
