In this position, you can:

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the quality team on all internal processes;
协助质量团队所有内部事务的工作；
2. Assist to collect technical documents, organize and upload to the system;
协助收集技术文件，整理上传系统;
3. Sort out samples;
整理供应商寄来的样板;
4. Collect data regarding sustainability aspect from suppliers and review the data validation;
向供应商收集有关可持续性方面的数据并审核数据有效性；
5. Any other task assigned by Quality Manager.
上司安排的其他工作。
Requirements:
1. With College degree or above, major in science and engineering and other related majors.
全日制大专以上学历，理工类等相关专业；
2. Also accept 2024 Fresh Graduate, science and engineering and other related majors, College or above degree.
也接受2024年应届毕业生，理工类等相关专业，大专或以上学历；
3. Quick learner and willing to learn multiple tasks in an international trade environment;
学习能力强，愿意在国际贸易环境下学习多项任务;
4. Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work ability, able to work independently and under pressure;
有责任心，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力, 能够独立工作并承受压力；
5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
良好的英语和普通话口语和书面表达能力（经常需要与外国总部同事交流）;
6. PC skill: Efficient in the use of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.). It would be a plus that understand to use photoshop (basic) , video treatment or other practical & business software.
计算机能力：熟练操作Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook等办公软件, 懂基础的photoshop或其他视频编辑实用软件是加分项;
