**该岗位需晚上跟货**
Responsibilities岗位职责：
Daily operation of import and export cargo booking, land transportation, receiving, customs declaration, etc.
进出口货物的订舱，陆运，收货，报关等日常操作；
Ensure the completion of SI/ENS/VGM declaration (e.g., AMS, ENS, ACI and ENS) before customs clearance according to the relevant rules of the port of destination.
根据目的港相关规则, 确保在截关前完成SI/ENS/VGM申报（如：AMS,ENS,ACI及ENS）；
Coordinate with customers to ensure that the goods are shipped as planned and provide satisfactory service to customers.
与客户协调确保货物按计划出运并为客户提供满意服务；
Maintain contact with overseas and follow up on overseas orders.
与海外保持联系,并跟进海外指令；
Handling overseas and customer inquiries and problem solving in a timely manner.
及时处理海外和客户的咨询以及问题的解决；
Enter operating systems as required, including booking, order preparation and cargo status updates.
按要求录入操作系统，包括订舱，制单及货物状态更新等；
Coordinate with finance to ensure correct invoice entry and timely collection.
与财务协调确保发票的正确录入以及按时收款；
Timely completion of work tasks assigned by supervisors.
及时完成上级主管安排的工作任务。
Requirements职位要求：
College degree or above, majoring in logistics and transportation or business is preferred.
大专及以上学历，物流运输或商务专业者优先；
More than 1 year’ experience in the logistics industry, background in sea freight operations preferred.
物流行业1年以上经验，海运操作背景优先
Good written English skills.
良好的英语书面能力；
Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills with external customers and internal teams.
独立和自我激励的能力，善于与外部客户和内部团队进行沟通；
Good service orientation and communication skills.
良好的服务意识和沟通能力；
Good problem-solving skills.
