We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital& E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ecommerce strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, familiar with little red-book, tik-tok, TMall and other social media and marketplaces, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and potential growth opportunities.
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website content, improve organic search rankings, and drive relevant traffic.
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiar with social media platforms, including TikTok, Dianping, Dewu, and especially focus on little redbook, and hands on operation.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging and persuasive content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Conduct regular website audits to identify usability issues, optimize landing pages, and improve overall user experience.
- Analyze user behavior data and customer journey to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant strategies.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key ecommerce and digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to the management team on campaign performance, revenue trends, and areas of opportunity.
Qualifications:
- An associate degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Well versed in social media, especially little redbook, and plus Tik Tok, Instagram, dianping, dewu and etc.
- Performance marketing mindset and independent.
- Hands on operation, and no need to involve agencies.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Hard-working spirit, and desire to grow and learn from practice.
