职位信息

【工作内容】
- 负责项目的土木工程、土建工程或结构设计工作；
- 参与项目前期规划，进行土木/土建/结构方面的可行性研究及评估；
- 根据项目需求，制定合理的施工方案，确保工程质量与安全；
- 协调各专业之间的工作，解决施工过程中的技术问题；
- 定期检查施工进度和质量，确保项目按计划推进；
- 配合项目经理完成其他相关工作。
【任职要求】
- 土木工程、建筑工程或结构工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉国家建筑法规、规范和标准，了解土木/土建/结构设计原理；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与团队成员有效协作；
- 工作认真负责，具备较强的分析解决问题的能力；
- 有相关项目经验者优先，但本岗位不限制工作经验；
- 持有注册结构工程师证书者优先考虑。
