Responsibility
61 Participate in ideation and conceptual development of events experiences
61 Outline user experience through entirety of events, including touchpoints
61 Create cohesive and compelling experiential and visual designs that effectively communicate client goals and brands with complex style guides
61 Produce and create design specifications, storyboards, scenarios, and design prototypes
61 Skillful in adobe design software/Figma and can provide Creative
61 Support all design decisions with creative, strategic, and business reasoning, both verbally and visually
61 Balance multiple projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time
61 Act as integral member of the GC DS team and provide adequate support and back up to other team members when required
61 Highly organized and proactive in coordinating, managing and communicating on workflow and capacity
61 Perform ad hoc duties as assigned or required, (e.g., printing and binding)
61 Responsible for publication design for client related materials, events or other important marketing purpose69
Required qualifications
61 2+ years of user experience and user-centered design expertise
61 Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
61 Expertise in systemic thinking and strong knowledge of interaction design principles and methodology
61 Advanced knowledge of visual design theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography etc.), and a keen understanding of user behavior as it relates to design
61 Advanced skill level in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and openness to come up to speed with new emerging technologies quickly
61 Advanced level experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
