Position: Landlord representative, Office Leasing Advisory

【Responsibilities】
【职责】
1.Client Reception & Project Introduction:
- Onsite reception of client site inspections, providing detailed introduction to project's location, hardware facilities, amenities, and other advantages to potential customers.

- 现场接待客户考察,向潜在客户提供详细的项目位置、硬件设施、配套设施及其他优势的介绍。
2.Handling Strategic Report:
- Assist the project manager in preparing relevant reports, including but not limited to leasing strategy reports, quarterly market reports, and competitor analyses.
2. 处理战略报告:
- 协助项目经理准备相关报告,包括但不限于租赁策略报告、季度市场报告和竞争对手分析。
3.Leasing Negotiations:
- Assist in handling business negotiations with potential clients, providing analysis and suggestions for pricing proposals for landlord.
3. 租赁谈判:
- 协助处理与潜在客户的商务谈判,为房东提供定价建议的分析与建议。
4.Documentation Processing:
- Assist in managing leasing-related documents, including but not limited to lease agreement, lease quotations, and client information, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all files, and updating and archiving them timely.
4. 文件处理:
- 协助管理租赁相关文件,包括但不限于租赁协议、租赁报价和客户信息,确保所有文件的准确性和合规性,并及时更新和归档。
5.Client Outreach:
- Collect market information and assist in exploring new client resources.
5. 客户拓展:
- 收集市场信息并协助开拓新的客户资源。
【Requirements】

1.Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related fields.

2.Work Experience:
- Relevant sales experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
