职位信息

Position overview:
Pass customer’s demand and requirement to related departments and coordinate with other departments to make sure we have available stock to deliver to customer side on time. And high satisfaction level from customer for the services.
Main responsibilities:
61 Get schedules/forecast from customer regularly. Pass schedules/forecast for existing parts to planning team and inform sales for new parts.
61 Lead customer ID and contract ID into ERP system when get new customer information from sales with related teams.
61 Enter sales order in time when get PO from customer and confirm delivery date within 2 working days.
61 Send shipping instruction to operation team per confirmed delivery date with customer. Ensure stock is available to satisfy customer requirements. Inform customer in time for any delay.
61 All customer complaints processed to a satisfactory conclusion.
61 Verify with customer for billing record and inform finance to issue VAT invoice in time.
61 Review AR aging, ensures all queries relating to non-payment of invoices by the customer are resolved quickly.
61 Support on E&O resolutions;
61 Manage day-to-day issues, working closely with buyers to pull in stock to meet customer’s required date.
61 Ensure all new enquires are passed to related sales.
61 Provide cover for other team members as necessary, dealing with customers while your colleagues are on leave.
61 Other responsibilities maybe assigned by superiors;

Skills and Qualifications:
61 University degree required
61 Very good demand over communication skill.
61 Have a pleasant personality and able to communicate with efficiency.
61 Familiar with computer skill, good at EXCEL and other office software.
61 Result driving and problem solving skills
61 Basic analysis skills and ERP system experience
61 2 years at least related working experience.
