Job Description
This is an outsourcing position posted for JLL, a global leader in real estate services, offering comprehensive solutions across property management, leasing, investment sales, and advisory. With offices in over 80 countries and a team of experts, JLL deliver tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.
Position: Landlord representative, Office Leasing Advisory
Location: Guiwan, Qianhai, Shenzhen
【Responsibilities】
1.Client Reception & Project Introduction:
- Onsite reception of client site inspections, providing detailed introduction to project's location, hardware facilities, amenities, and other advantages to potential customers.
2.Handling Strategic Report:
- Assist the project manager in preparing relevant reports, including but not limited to leasing strategy reports, quarterly market reports, and competitor analyses.
3.Leasing Negotiations:
- Assist in handling business negotiations with potential clients, providing analysis and suggestions for pricing proposals for landlord.
4.Documentation Processing:
- Assist in managing leasing-related documents, including but not limited to lease agreement, lease quotations, and client information, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all files, and updating and archiving them timely.
5.Client Outreach:
- Collect market information and assist in exploring new client resources.
【Requirements】
1.Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
2.Work Experience:
- Relevant sales experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3.Skill Requirements:
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness.
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
4.Language Requirement:
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing, with the ability to use it as a working language.
5.Personal Qualities:
- Proactive, able to complete tasks independently.
- Team player, able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good stress resistance, able to maintain efficient work habits in a fast-paced environment.
