Key Responsibilities
As a Product Development Intern, you will:
1. Market Research:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to understand customer needs and preferences.

2. Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with team members to support the design and development of new products.

Qualifications
1. Educational Background:

2. Skills and Attributes:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Keen interest in understanding customer behavior and market dynamics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Language Requirements:
- Proficient in English (CET 6 minimum); Mandarin fluency is essential.
Compensation and Perks
1. Mode: A full-time internship, 5 working days per week, excluding national statutory holidays.
2. Duration: The internship lasts for 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 6 months to 1 year based on performance.
3. Insurance: Full commercial accident insurance coverage will be provided throughout the internship.
4. Compensation: A daily stipend of RMB 200, calculated based on actual working days.
5. Additional Stipend: Discretionary performance-based fees will be awarded on a monthly basis for excellent performance and no absences during the internship.
6. Long-Term Internship: For internships exceeding three months, the company will from the fourth month onward provide supplementary medical insurance, and the intern will enjoy paid national statutory holidays during this period.

薪酬与福利
1. 实习模式：全职实习，每周工作5天，不包括国家法定节假日。
2. 实习期限：实习期为3个月，表现优异者可延长至6个月至1年。

4. 实习补贴：每日补贴200元人民币，按实际工作天数计算。
5. 额外补贴：每月根据表现优秀且全勤的实习生发放绩效奖励。
