工作职责:
Main Responsibilities：
1. Build up synthesis technology platform to meet company’s continuing growth requirements;
2. Design synthetic route and then synthesize the polymer with required purity and stability;
3. Characterize the polymer product to well understand its structure, functional group, molecular weight etc;
4. Team work with cross function staff;
5. Other project signed by manager.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. Ph.D of Organic Chemistry, Polymer Materials with Synthesis experience;
2. ＞2years’ experience in organic synthesis area is preferred, such as pharmacy field, no experience is acceptable for associate scientist;
3. Excellent trouble shooting skill, teamwork spirit and communication & presentation skill;
4. Pro-active and motivated;
5. Excellent English (CET-6 or above) and Chinese.
