Responsibilities
1. Support employee lifecycle processes (transfer, exit, etc.)
2. Update Org Charts
3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports
4. Assist to desig HR related decks
5. Follow up payment expenses;
6. Assist to coordinate and arrange meetings and interviews
7. Handle general administrative tasks
Requirements
1. Available 4-5 days per week for 6 months
2. Current undergraduate student (211/985 university preferred)
3. Proficient in English (written & verbal)
4. Patient, detail-oriented, and hardworking
5. Skilled in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills preferred)
