Key Responsibilities：
1、 Assists in the formulation of strategic planning for planting and harvesting, annual production plans, and the detailed breakdown of work objectives at each stage. Drafts summaries of work at each stage of the growing company, as well as other official documents.
2、 Supports Associate Director in the management of the company's operational and functional departments, coordinating relations among internal departments. Monitors the achievement of the company's business goals, providing analytical opinions and improvement suggestions. Offers constructive feedback on the company's operational challenges.
3、 Supports in managing external public relations and identifying new opportunities for growing company in line with strategic development goals
4、 Participates in the planning, arrangement, and organization of the company's large-scale activities.
5、 Assists in scheduling and arranging the agendas of meetings at various levels, including high-level meetings and themed meetings. Drafts and follows up on the implementation of corporate meeting minutes. Writes relevant reports and documents, and assists in scheduling the associate director (Growing)'s working hours.
6、 Performs other projects or tasks assigned by the line manager.

5、 Be a strong communicator capable of motivating and leading different personality types to achieve a common goal

Qualifications：
1、 Holding a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, with fluent English proficiency.
2、 Possessing a comprehensive agricultural knowledge structure or have related working experience within agricultural industry,
3、 Demonstrating strong organizational, coordination, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills,
4、 Exhibiting clear logic and critical thinking abilities,
5、 Being a rapid learner and adaptable to changing work environments.
