Summary
We are looking to onboard a high performance HW engineer for developing modular,
reusable and extensible instrumentation. The design focus is to standardize fixture HW
design of SMT (MLB) test stations for lower cost. The customized instrumentation in
most case is to perform analog measurement (current, voltage, timing - clock/
frequency). This engineer will work closely with other engineers from HWTE teams and
multi-functional teams from worldwide. He/She will also lead Vendor/Contract Manufacturer
teams to accomplish hardware development and issue triage, DOE design and
execution, as well as data analysis. This is a test-driven development environment so
be prepared to verify with real system.
Description
The instrument hardware develop engineer will be in charge of developing customized
test instruments and complete test systems to test the electrical performance of Apple
products. The ideal candidate is an EE with good scripting skills, and most of all, enjoys
shipping a working system instead of designing on paper.
