1. Talent Acquiring & Headcount Forecast
2. People Development Planing & Activities
3. Talent Retain Planing & Activities
4. Design and Arrange EE Learning & EE Training
5. HR Survey Design & Implement & Date Analysis
6. EE Communication & Interview
7. Answer Daily HR Enquiry & Provide HR Solution
8. Assist BU Promoting Various Activities Related to Annual Performance Management
9. Assist HR Strategy Analysis by Utilizing a Variety of Standard Data Sources
10. Assist to Promote Corporate Culture Activities
Requirement 岗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, HR major is must
2. Positive & responsible, passionate to win & achieve
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Strong logical thinking
5. Self-initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skill
6. Good written and spoken English is must;
7. Excellent business application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
8. Data Analysis Capability
9. High Pressure bearing and insistent
10. Good sense of quality and details
