Responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding & Promotion: Assist the CHO in formulating and implementing employer branding strategies, utilizing effective communication channels and tactics to enhance the company's employer brand image within the medical device industry.
2. Labor Market Analysis in the Medical Device Industry: Regularly collect and analyze labor market data specific to the medical device industry, assist in writing industry labor market analysis reports, and provide scientific bases for the company's recruitment strategies, salary and benefit adjustments, etc.
3. HR Report Preparation: Assist the CHO in preparing various HR reports.
4. HR Data Mining & Analysis: Master and apply HR data mining and analysis techniques, utilize data analysis tools to conduct deep mining and analysis of HR data, and provide valuable insights and suggestions to management.
5. Daily Assistance to the CHO: Assist the CHO with daily schedule management, meeting organization, document sorting, archiving, and other tasks.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Possess a background in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM), with solid professional knowledge and analytical skills. Overseas study experience is preferred, and fluent English communication skills are required to effectively coordinate and collaborate in a cross-cultural environment.
2. Professional Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, Python, etc., capable of conducting efficient data mining and analysis.
3. Communication Skills: Strong teamwork spirit and excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with personnel from different departments and levels.
