Job Duties:
- Assist High-end watch operations in HJ & Caravan event: e.g. Assortment list maintenance, logistic information tracking, product delivery and invoicing schedule update of sold orders, stock location tracking.
- Support on regular report updates （daily/ weekly/ monthly）, incl. sales report, worldwide & local stock, product information check, system raw data download.
- Collect and monitor competitors' activities, including new launch, price change, assortment.
- New launches: performance tracking, collection of store feedback, and local adaption of product news.
- Assortment mapping update, including product information, price, picture etc.
- Other project, e.g. staff sales template support.
General Requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree students
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and passion in Luxury
- Attention to details and numbers
- Good in Office, especially excel
- Committed to 6 months above with immediate availability
