Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
This role will work mainly at lab, to conduct experiments and testing for existing and/or new products and applications, to process test result, and to deliver lab report as required. Other part of job is to support lab management, e.g. responsible for lab equipment maintenance, sample management, EHS and 5S.
该职位主要为实验室工作，对现有和/或新产品和应用进行实验和测试，处理测试结果，并根据需要提交实验室报告。另一部分工作是支持实验室管理，例如负责实验室设备维护、样品管理、EHS 和 5S等。
Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, Responsibility)/ 主要职责（时间占比、工作职责）
1. Work at lab, including preparing sample, performing experiments and testing to support R&D projects for new product development and application tests under supervision of engineers. Conduct lab work in close collaboration with LS engineers and project team (CRL, LS plant, etc.), record test data in time and deliver test result and lab report on time. Take responsibility to ensure data reliability and communicate data and observations with engineers in time. 开展实验工作，在工程师的指导下进行样品制备、实验与测试，以支持新产品研发项目与应用测试。与LS工程师及项目团队（如CRL及LS工厂等）合作，及时记录实验数据，按时交付实验结果与报告。并保证数据可靠性，及时将实验结果和发现反馈给工程师；
2. Support lab management, including maintaining lab equipment, arranging equipment calibration and document calibration certificates, managing lab samples and raw materials, and responsible for lab safety and 5S. 支持实验室管理工作，包含维护实验室设备，管理设备校准与校验记录，管理实验室样品及原材料，并负责维护实验室安全及5S；
3. Documentation on lab report, SOPs, EHS related documents, etc., 文档整理工作，包含实验室报告、标准操作流程、EHS相关文件等；
4. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. (5%)
遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。

Qualifications/ 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree, major in Polymer, Material Science Engineering, or Materials Physical or related. 高分子材料、材料科学与工程、材料物理等相关专业本科学历以上；
2. One who has some experience on ISO 17025 is preferred. 有ISO17025经验者优先；
3. One who has some experience on wet chemistry testing is preferred.有是化学测试经验者优先；
4. Ability in Reading and Writing English 有英语读写能力；
5. Strong coordinating skill. 有较强的协调能力。
