Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients across different stages of the buyer’s journey.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and networking.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust and credibility with new and existing clients through tailored communication and exceptional service.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to expand client accounts through additional products and services.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position Diversitech as a market leader.
CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and pipeline performance.
任职资格要求:
1、1-3年的B2B外贸销售经验
2、熟悉CRM工具(如Salesforce、HubSpot或OKKI CRM)。
理解贸易术语(如FOB、CIF、DDP)及国际运输流程。
3、商务、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位者优先,但非必需。
4、优秀的英语听说读写能力,会第二外语优先考虑:西班牙语,法语,阿拉伯语,俄语。
Qualifications:
1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in international markets.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or OKKI CRM).
Understanding of trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) and international shipping processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Outsanding English Language Skills
Secondary Languages preferred: Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian
