1. Main Objectives of this position:
* To ensure HL Inspection & Repair standard to be carried out at depots in ANC.
* To ensure EMF to be carried out at depots and RED to be collected by agents in ANC.
2. Function and duties:
Tasks
* Take physical survey of damaged containers at depots in ANC and investigate the cause of damage, identify a liable party for repair cost.
* Ensure HL inspection & repair standard to be followed by depots and add/delete repair items prepared by the depots in case of being considered necessary/unnecessary.
* Discuss/negotiate with depots for economical repair methods in order to save repair cost.
* Check overdue containers at the depots in ANC
* Receive RED damage pictures and estimates from depots in ANC and input RED in FIS 2 for agents’ collection.
* Ensure TPC to be carried out at depots based on HL M&R policy.
* Handle TPC/RED disputes from the customers.
3. Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
* 6 years relevant M & R working experience
* IICL Certificate (国际验箱师证书)
