工作职责:
此职位主要负责为公司产品在中国境内寻找新的经销商,建立经销商网络体系。此职位要求以专业的方式履行以下职责:
- 开发, 建立新的经销商,同时维护好与经销商的合作关系;
- 每周完成CRM报告;
- 向客户展示公司产品的同时做产品的介绍和提供产品解决方案;
- 参加客户的会议同时对客户的需求进行分析;
- 向客户提供产品建议,与客户进行谈判同时完成业务订单;
- 通过重要客户的反馈信息,对业绩进行复盘,以及对渠道进行展望从而支持公司的战略管理;
- 参与行业相关的商业展会和行业活动(研讨会/论坛/分享会);
- 在公司内部客户管理系统里录入客户信息, 向客户提供报价和销售服务;
- 保持区域的良好销售记录和持续增长;
- 其它上级领导安排的工作
要求:
1.大学/大学以上学历;
2. 1年以上工作经验;
3. 乐于沟通交流,乐观开朗,具有一定的抗压性;
4. 较强的自我驱动力和责任心,自我学习能力强,有较好的团队合作精神;
5. 西班牙语流利或英语口语与书面俱佳;
6. 有业务开发拓展工作经验者佳,或有志往销售类岗位发展,能适应经常性的出差。
Full job description
Develop distributors all over China for company’s products;
- Develop, establish and maintain relationship with the dealers;
- Fulfillment of CRM report;
- Gather and exhibit presentations showcasing company products and the solutions products that the company has to offer;
- Client meeting and requirement analysis;
- Proposal presentation, negotiation, deals closing;
- Support management in corporate strategy through highly valuable client’s prospect/feedback and information, review achievement and prospection pipeline;
- Attend trade shows and industry events (seminar/forum/ meetings) regarding related industry;
- Input client information on the internal customer management; provide quotation and customer sales service;
- Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth;
- Other work assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- University or above;
- Over 1 year working experience;
- Open-minded, interpersonal, proactive and optimistic; able to work under pressure;
- Self- motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, diligent and eager to learn; team work spirit;
- Native Chinese, fluent Spanish or proficient English writing and speaking skills;
- Experience in business development is preferred,or be willing to develop to a sales position;Willing to travel a lot.
