【核心职责】
1.进行实验室规模的材料研究;
2.根据设定程序,设置并进行实验,执行相关的应用和分析测试。工作通常会由同行评审,以确保技术判断的合理
性、总体准确性和充分性;
3.理解和界定实验设计目标,收集和分析数据,制定发现,准备技术报告,用以在组织内部和外部客户之间的分享:
4.通过演示、技术评审和日常互动,将知识传递给项目团队和研发团队;
5.与项目团队成员和市场营销、质量、工艺工程、运营和供应链等其他部门的关键合作伙伴紧密合作,以确保研发
项目取得成功并顺利推出产品;
6.指导技术人员和实验室支持同事,将新产品需求转化为可执行的工作计划。
1.Conduct material research at a laboratory scale.
2. Set up and execute experiments and perform related applications and analytical testing according to established protocols. Work is typically peer-reviewed to ensure sound technical judgment, accuracy, and adequacy.
3. Understand and define experimental design objectives, collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and prepare technical reports to share findings with internal teams and external clients.
4. Transfer knowledge to project teams and the R&D group through presentations, technical reviews, and reqular interactions.
5. Collaborate closely with project team members and key partners from marketing, quality, process engineering.operations, and supply chain departments to ensure successful R&D project execution and smooth product
launches.
【任职资格】
1.化学、物理、材料科学与工程、化学工程或其他相关专业的博士学位;
2.在电池应用中设计和合成电极材料的经验,对分析技术和材料表征方法有扎实的知识;
3.了解各种电池材料的结构-性能关系;
4.在电池行业进行商业化产品开发的经验;
5.能够评估和理解通常定义不明确的客户需求,并将其转化为电池的可执行策略
6.流利的英文读写能力。
1. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields2. Experience in designing and synthesizing electrode materials for battery applications, with a solid understandingof analytical techniques and material characterization methods
3. Knowledge of the structure-performance relationships of various battery materials.
4. Experience in developing commercialized products in the battery industry.5. Ability to evaluate and comprehend typically undefined customer needs and translate them into actionablestrategies for battery applications.
6. Proficient in written and spoken English.
