Main Responsibilities:
- Develop local and regional skin care formulation especially Anti-aging, whitening, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and sunscreen;
- Align with global application lab to support global/regional new launch activities , kit, initiatives and clinical test;
- Focus on local and Asian customer formulas and technical service. Support sales and marketing team members;
- Handle technical request, formulation recommendation and trouble shooting. Join call with local and regional customers;
- Visit and collaborate with key customer for the new products development;
- Support Local and regional technical training, seminar, exhibition, workshop;
- Follow guidance of the Manager regarding EHS, human protection and disposal of material.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or Chemical enginering, Biochemicals related;
- At least 3-5 years working experience in skin care formulation development and technical service. multinational company is preferred;
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Good oral and written English;
- Willing to take business trips;
