Responsibilities:
1.Assist operations manager to complete order delivery indicators.
2.Input orders and shipment information in order management system, generate documents.
3.Following up the production and arrange shipment of orders, ensure the orders could delivery on time.
4.Assisted to follow up customer’s payment, sorted out customer’s account receivable regularly.
5.Establish customer files, retention records of orders and shipping documents.
6.Update Weekly delivery and account receivable reports.
7.Arrange the delivery the advertising materials, samples and other promotional publicity.
8.Assistant to process customer’s claim.
9.Assistant to exhibition related works.
10.Other work assigned by superior.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor ‘s Degree in International trade, international logistics, marketing or relevant major.
2.1-years relevant work experience in International trade preferred, excellent graduates can be considered.
3.Proficient in office software and foreign trade system software
4.Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English, CET6 or above.
5.Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
6.Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
