The Job
As a Product Lifecycle Engineer, you’ll be part of our PLE team located in Suzhou. You’ll get to:
61 Manage post launch products as product lifecycle engineer.
61 Technical support for production sustainable, include troubleshooting and production required qualification (test failure analysis, backup tooling, 2nd Source, process change etc…)
61 Responsible for product warranty reduction, work with global quality and service team on research of warranty cases, provide solution to drive quality improvements.
61 Handle products upgrade according to compliance or market regulation.
61 Lead or qualification support on productivity activities and DTV projects.
61 Lead or support NPI and DMOD delivery.
61 Support NPD through ESL/MSL build and production-base staffs.
61 Collaborate with global PLE team on best practice and process optimization.
61 Support products transfer across global plants.

61 Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
61 1~3 years working experience in mechanical design or product management. (Engineer)
61 Experience in use 2D/3D design software (Pro/E, CATIA or UG).
61 Knowledge on manufacturing process, metrology methods, and quality control practices.
61 Good skills on problem-solving, failure mode analysis, reporting and corrective actions.
61 Ability in English communication, presentation skills and teamwork.
61 Good learning ability, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility.
