Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage IHS meetings, appointments, calls, agendas, and minutes.
- Manage IHS physical and digital files and records.
- Manage IHS expenditure and reimbursements.
- Manage IHS travel arrangements.
- Manage IHS general administrative duties.
Communication:
- Liaise between the IHS and school sections/departments to ensure clear effective communication.
- Manage internal and external communications as required.
Resources
- Manage IHS procurements and procedure.
- Manage IHS equipment and material stock.
- Manage IHS equipment and material distribution.
Budget Management:
- Provide support in the preparation and management of budgets for the IHS.
- Monitor IHS expenses and provide financial reports to the Principal as requested.
Marketing and Admission
- Provide support in the creation and management of IHS marketing materials.
- Provide support in the planning and management promotional activities.
- Provide support by representing the school at promotional events and conferences.
- Provide support in the planning and management of candidate assessment procedure.
- Provide support in the management of candidate assessment results and records.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Provide support in the review and development of IHS policies, ensuring they align with standards and best practices.
- Provide support to the IHS in complying with school policies, regulations, and local law.
Activities and Projects
- Provide support in the planning and management of parent conferences.
- Provide support in the planning and management of exams sessions.
- Provide support in the planning and management of IHS academic/pastoral events and activities.
Supervision:
- Provide support in evening study hall supervision and exam invigilation.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or combination of education and relevant experience. (Essential)
- Ability to work independently, quickly and under pressure, have an eye for details, and be able to manage people on the phone and in person in a professional manner. (Essential)
- Highly developed written and verbal English language communication skills with a strong attention to detail. (Essential)
- Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands. (Essential)
- Highly developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. (Essential)
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships. (Essential)
