We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry-free.
About the Role
Reporting to the Quotations Supervisor. Working and liaising with Sales teams across the Globe for the preparation of travel/tour itineraries. A daily target will be assigned for this role. This role will be based in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities
61 Research all destinations to plan, coordinate and accurately cost tour itineraries for clients.
61 Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
61 Build and maintain good client relationships.
61 Priorities daily work as necessary.
61 Reply to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within 24 hours.
61 Ensure filing is auctioned without delay and is filed correctly and neatly.
61 Undertake as requested, other tasks or projects and complete them within the given time frame.
61 Work closely with other departments and maintain good relationships with them
Job Requirements
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE
61 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
61 Required skill(s): ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
61 Required language(s): English (MUST).
61 At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
61 Common to work with system is preferable
61 Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
61 Able to to work with daily target
