Responsibilities:
1. Assist in day-to-day sourcing activities, including documentation, correspondence and coordination with suppliers.
协助日常采购活动，包括文件整理、与供应商的沟通与协调等。
2. Maintain accurate records of sourcing data and contribute to basic analysis to support decision making processes.
准确记录采购数据，并为决策过程提供基础分析支持。
3. Continuously browse the market to find new options to add value to supply chain by finding new suppliers or innovative products.
持续关注市场，寻找新的供应商或创新产品，以为供应链增加价值。
4. Facilitate and maintain communication with suppliers, assisting in inquiries and negotiations, order tracking and maintaining positive relationships.
协助与供应商进行沟通，促进并维护良好的关系，协助处理询价和谈判事宜，跟踪订单进度。
5. Prepare and maintain documentation related to sourcing activities, contracts and supplier relationships.
准备并维护与采购活动、合同和供应商关系相关的文件。
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and collaborate on sourcing initiatives.

7. Stay updated on industry best practices, sourcing techniques, and market dynamics to enhance skills and contribute with new ideas.

Requirements:
1. College education or above in Management, Economics, Marketing, International trade or Engineering..
大专或以上学历，管理、经济、市场营销、国际贸易或工程等相关专业。
2. At least 1 year working experience in international trade environment and similar areas.
至少1年或以上的国际贸易及相关领域工作经验。
3. Sourcing experience in one or more of the following categories: Toys, Stationery, Houseware, DIY&Garden, Pet Care, Luggage, Sports, Textiles.
具有以下类别（一个或以上）的采购经验：玩具，文具，家居用品，工具（如螺丝批），花园用品，宠物用品，行李箱包，运动类产品，纺织品。
4. Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work ability, able to work independently and under pressure.

5. Strong sourcing ability & good relationship with suppliers.
采购能力强，与供应商保持良好的关系。
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

5. PC skill: Efficient in the use of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
计算机能力：熟练操作Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook等办公软件。
It would be a plus（加分项）:
- Experience in similar position in European company or local trading selling to Europe.
- 具有在欧洲公司或市场为欧洲的本地贸易公司中担任类似职位的经验。
- Knowledge and experience of use of design Artworks and photo/video edition.
