What You Will Do
· To maintain the employee data in HR systems, including daily maintenance and mass upload, to ensure data quality with 100% accuracy.
· To leverage automation technology to enrich the customer experience and make it more efficient.
· To collaborate with cross team (BHR/Recruiting/Employee Service Center) to identify the opportunities and leverage data team’s capabilities to enhance data management and maximize the value creation to partners.
· To work with global team to optimize system functionality and streamline the workflows.
· To apply the advanced Excel skills to validate the raw data and existing data.
· To develop the capability of HR data and analytics.
· To participate in global project on process or system enhancement.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
· Graduate in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
· Fresh graduate or 1~2 years of working experience in HR functions or data analysis
· Be customer focus, good sensitivity on figure, be positive, initiative and result oriented.
· Good communication and strong cross function collaboration skills.
· Good writing and reading in English.
