Responsibilities:
1. Translate and archive training materials.
2. Coordinate and manage logistics for training supplies.
3. Ensure timely execution of training contracts and payments.
4. Assist department head in uploading learning hours to LMS (Learning Management System) & LP360.
5. Other admin work related to the training department.
Requirements:
1. 4-5 days per week
2. Undergraduate students, preferably majoring in human resources, administration, etc.
3. Internship period over 6 months.
4. Good communication skills, service consciousness and learning ability.
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in the use of Office software.
6. Patient and meticulous, practical and stable, strong sense of responsibility.
