主要职责：
· Conduct daily safety inspections within departments and workshops, identify potential hazards, promptly correct and stop violations, and ensure compliance with standards; 开展部门及车间内日常安全巡查，识别潜在隐患，及时纠正和制止违章行为，确保符合标准;
· Observe and record safety issues in various departments of the workshop, promptly report potential hazards to the local and departmental authorities, and provide accurate feedback; 观察记录车间各部门安全问题，及时向属地及本部门报告潜在隐患，并提供准确的反馈;
· Assist in formulating rectification measures, regularly follow up on the progress of workshop rectification, and ensure that hidden dangers are properly resolved; 协助制定整改措施，定期跟进车间整改进度，确保隐患问题妥善解决;
· Learn relevant regulations and standards and implement HSE actions in the workshop according to requirements；学习相关的法规和标准，按照要求在车间落实HSE行动；
· Assist in providing feedback on HSE training needs, and help developing HSE training plans, support the implementation of safety training courses; 协助反馈HSE培训需求和帮助制定HSE培训计划，支持安全培训课程的实施；
· Assist in collecting and organizing basic safety data in the workshop, ensuring that records can clearly and accurately reflect the actual situation; 协助收集和整理车间的基础安全数据，确保记录能够清晰 准确反映实际情况;
· Convey relevant regulations and requirements on health, safety, and environment to various departments and employees, and help employees understand and comply with them correctly; 向各部门和员工传达健康、安全、环境的相关法规和要求，帮助员工正确理解并遵守；
· Assist in accident investigation, understand the cause of the accident, and provide feasible preventive measures and suggestions to reduce the incidence of accidents; 协助事故调查，了解事故原因，并提供可行的预防措施建议，降低事故发生率；
· According to actual needs, arrangements for night shifts and holiday work can be made when necessary; 根据实际需求，在必要时可适应中夜班和节假日工作的安排；
· All other tasks assigned by line manager or company.完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务。
能力要求：
Knowledge and skills:
· College degree or above, with priority given to majors in safety, environmental engineering, and related fields; 大专及以上学历，安全、环保及相关专业优先；
· Understand the national and local laws and regulations related to environmental protection and safety production, and knowledgeable about industry standards；了解国家及地方环境保护和安全生产相关法律法规，了解行业标准；
· Candidates with at least 1 year of work experience in safety and environmental protection are preferred; 具有1年以上安全环保相关工作经验者优先；
· Possess good communication and expression skills, as well as teamwork abilities。 具有良好的沟通表达能力，团队合作能力。
