Main responsibilities：
1. Work with a team of designers dedicated to generating/revising CAD drawings for quotes, prototypes and engineering change requests, as well as supporting the Manufacturing floor as issues arise in assembly builds. This position requires regular interaction with Sales, Manufacturing, and other Engineering departments.
2. Act as the key resource for technical expertise for Mobius Single Use Assemblies, providing technical guidance to ensure Assemblies comply with all relevant internal and external customer/quality requirements.
3. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Operations, Quality to identify and implement opportunities to resolve various existing challenges associated with your Product Line of Mobius standard and custom products.
4. Help the Wuxi site transition to the component model by validating/verifying any new component suppliers or supply sites for longer term plan
5. Other assigned tasks which are required by line manager.
6. Meet the requests of company QMS ,EHS, and compliance.
Qualification Requirement：
1. Strong CAD skills, specifically in SolidWorks with assemblies, exploded views, and detailed drawings.
2. Must be capable of solving problems of moderate scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
3. Must be capable of working on multiple projects, skilled multi-tasker, meet established deadlines, and follow up on requests for action or information, and the ability to learn new skills.
4. Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
5. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work semi-independently, with minimal to moderate supervision.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, enthusiasm and high energy.
7. Demonstrate ability to work in a team and cross function departments environment
This role shall:
1. Be proficiency in SolidWorks to generate/revise CAD drawings
2. Update Bill of Material and Routing in SAP system
3. Systems - SolidWorks, Salesforce, EPDM, SAP, MS Office, ManGo
4. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Aided Drafting with at least 3-5 years’ experience, an Engineering discipline is preferred.
