Job Responsibilities:
1. Training:
(1) Assist in training notifications and registrations;
(2) Prepare training facilities and materials, and post-training evaluations;
(3) Manage training records, data, and equipment.
2. Website Maintenance:
(1) Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our digital presence and customer engagement;
(2) Maintain the Chinese section of the LISCONN website.
3. Corporate Culture:
(1) Assist in organizing cultural catalyst meetings and cultural promotion activities;
(2) Help collect, edit, and publish articles and special issues.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university;
2. Proficient in English (CET-6 or above);
3. Excellent written Chinese skills, attention to details;
4. Passionate about website maintenance;
5. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT;
6. Strong communication and learning abilities;
7. Proactive, responsible, honest, and humble.
