Manage New Packaging Development procedure from idea creation, lab tests, factory trials. commissioning, through to manufacturing transfer.
Set up Packaging guidelines and quality standards for packaging items.

Handle Packaging Artwork Development and Packaging Material Printing Approval:
Coordinate with Marketing Team for suitable Packaging Artwork Development and Packaging Material Printing Approval activities.
Selection of suitable Packaging Material type for the intended use, with relation to packaging machines and equipment.
Advise on specific packaging material features in relation to the expected functionality / visual appearance.
Coordinate collection and verification of technical info relevant to Packaging Layout Development.
Work with Marketing Team on Packaging Material Printing Approval.
Manage the IRIS PDF file and standard card approval process, make sure they are finished on time.

Manage Technical Drawings, Technical Specifications, BoMs and Production Packaging Guidelines Effectiveness:
Organize and maintain Technical Drawings, Technical Specifications and Production Packaging Guideline, reviewing and revising to ensure they are achievable, sustainable and consistent.
Manage Packaging material specifications, process parameters, packing operation guidelines, trial reports, stability study reports, and other research studies effectiveness for distribution, implementation audit, review, and revising.
To be responsible for finalization of BoM for Packaging Material items, contributing to set up and investigate material and process losses assumptions.

Work with Group Packaging Team and Procurement Team on 1PL projects.

PDR System and Workflow System:
Finish all date uploading to PDR System and maintain the updating of Packaging part.
Fill in packaging information into Workflow System, include NPD Form, PM Form, IRIS Sample Form and Standard Card Form.
