MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support Head VC to drive the image, the commercialism and all the related tasks to the merchandising.

2. Being able to update the latest fashion trends offering the best experience to the customers, maximising the sales through the visual experience.

3. Work alongside the head VC planning the commercial and visual activity of the store, adapting the company strategy on daily/weekly base.

4. Support the Head-VC to create and identify creative actions, always developing the up-to-date trend.

5. Have a complete knowledge of the store products need and the stock level, communicate proactively with the line managers.

6. Appropriate use of all the store's devices and tools. Proactive collaboration with the floor team, to guarantee an efficient organisation.

7. Highest standards on the internal mannequin content creation. Participate and the develop the training for the store's colleagues and promote and develop potentials.

任职要求:
1 Previous Fashion retail experience 有零售时尚相关经验, 可以接受应届毕业生
2. Numeric and analytic experience, Visual Merchandising experience are appreciated具有数字和分析经验、视觉营销经验者优先考虑
3. Good in verbal and written English 良好的英语口语和书面能力
4. Other languages are appreciated.其他语言能力加分
