Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers & partner. Develop new business and expand customers base (prioritize, extract sales potential). Drive the launch of new products and projects in the customer group.
2. Be responsible for business development (BD) within Greater China, and shape strategic partnership for mid and long term, generating new business by launching application & technology & market development following global and regional strategy.
3. Take lead for digital inquiry channels and transform into solid business.
4. Budget and operating costs: realize budget within timeframe, monitor sales/business development regularly and elaborate contingency plans where necessary.
5. Reporting: supply efficient and effective reports incl. weekly & monthly & quarterly report on market information, project updates and success stories to supervisor on a regular basis and make recommendations where appropriate.
6. Sales & BD: work in consultation with sales head for sales policy and strategies, ensure that sales targets are achieved, stock levels are appropriate, and that customer expectation is met or exceeded, highlight key trends and changes in the market, to be provided with courage to open up of business sense.
7. Information management: monthly forecasts, communication with PPS team. Marketing information sharing with inner team.
8. Training and Development: continuous training for self-developments well as to keep up-to-date products information and business strategies. To handle and take lead for the complex and special machine case.
9. Play actively in cross-function teamwork with ATD, machine and product team, take responsible as the interface for the output for customers.

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
Skills/Experience
61 Fluent in English
61 Fluent in Chinese
61 Sales experience >8 years
61 Technical understanding of polymer chemistry
Qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, successful track record of sales in the chemicals and polymers industry.
61 New business development and key account management experience is preferred.
61 Experiences in the use of sales technology in order to extract and use relevant information.
61 Understanding of the sales and marketing principles.
61 Experience in setting and monitoring budgets.
