Job Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management:
83 Run MRP and review MRP result
83 Release purchase order and forecast to interco suppliers
83 Track purchase order confirmation and follow up on Time delivery with supplier
83 Reschedule in/out purchase orders, to cope with updated customer demand, insure on time delivery and optimal inventory level.
83 Manage allocation among customers for critical parts if necessary
83 Track inbound transportation and coordinate with logistics on customers clearance
83 Support on new project and localization projects
Demand Management:
83 Co-ordinate/liaise with Sales Team to verify customer demand for material planning
83 Follow up demand ramp on/down parts with Sales team
On Time Delivery:
83 Insure On time delivery to customer to meet DSCD KPI
Inventory Management:
83 Inventory control, keep health inventory level
83 Regular adjust safety stock based on customer demand, supplier delivery status and capacity
83 Dead stock and slow moving control, EOP process follow up with Sales
Logistic Cost Management:
83 Avoid premium freight and optimize different ship mode(Ocean/Rail/Truck/Air) for cost saving
Job Requirements:
83 Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
83 1~3 years working experience in material planning
83 Computer skills: SAP(PUR/MM/SD), Excel Skill, MS Outlook
83 Language: Mandarin, English
83 Technical Skill: Good at data analysis and problem solving skill
83 Attention to details and good initiative. Able to sustain high pressure.
83 Good planning skill and time management. Strong communication skill and good team player
