Introduction about Medten Inc.
Medten Inc. is a global marketing, sales and distribution company for the Chinese Manufacturer Orantech Inc. who sells Medical Equipment Accessories and Parts around the world by using efficient IT tools and processes. We have a small sales team who is establishing new processes, growing and together shaping the future of our company. As a member of Medten Inc. you will be working together with the entire Medten organization with sales and distribution teams in China, USA and EU.
International Account Manager
1. Reports to: General Manager
2. Responsibilities:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the point of contact between customers and internal teams (marketing, manufacturing, finance, etc.)
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and offering new opportunities for business growth
- Establish a relationship of trust with new customers and communicate our company values, sales strategy and key benefits to the customer
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Proficiency in oral and written English
- 2. BA/BS (required)
- 3. Self driven and ability to work independently
- 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 5. Passionate about the work and actively engaged with team members
- 6. Fluency in other foreign language (besides English) is a plus
- 7. Medical business background preferred but if not an curiosity and desire to learn our product range thoroughly
- 8. Potential graduates are acceptable
