Main Purpose:
61 To assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of project management activities.
61 To work closely with the project management team to ensure that project effectiveness, implement
and manage according to the organization's goals and objectives.
61 To provide support in the areas of data entry, document creation, communication, and other administrative tasks.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2026 Bachelor or Postgraduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio etc.).
- Strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, good work attitude and professional ethics.
- Fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PMO Manager in managing the daily operations of the Project Management Office to ensure consistency and standardization of project management.
- Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of project management tools and processes, and propose and promote improvement measures.
- Conduct project management and process training to improve the professional competence and work ability of project management personnel.
- Drive implementation of company strategic project, collect and analyze project management data, compile project documents and management reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and clear project reports, meeting minutes, decision-making, and execution records.
- Coordinate and manage cross departmental project resources to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
- Participate in the development and improvement of the company's project management policies, standards, and processes.
