This associate plays the key role as a technical expert in microbiological methods control and quality objectives achievement and support the Q&FS to solve the technical problems. He or she is expected to being responsible for methods selection, new method validation and method modifying management. And he or she should be able to implement effective control measure to ensure the quality objectives could be achieved continuously.
What are we looking for?
61Bachelor’s degree or above in food science or related subjects; At least 3 year in related work is required.
61The incumbent must be a dependable, conscientious and careful person, capable enough to work under high pressure and self-motivated.
61The incumbent is required to be good communication and teamwork.
61Being familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 and certificated as an auditor are highly preferred.
61Proficiency in both written and oral English
61Have the food microbiology or frozen food industry experience or better.What will be your key responsibilities?
61Develop, maintenance and continue improvement of Micro related SOP/WI/requirement to meet with Regulatory/ISO17025/LQS/Prevent cross contamination requirement.
61Develop the new method, lead the validation and verification in micro lab.
61Check and track the micro regulatory requirement/new technical and method in micro field, and base on the micro lab need to introduce and apply the new technical and method.
61To maintain and revise the technical documents, develop, verify, confirm new test methods and their modification as a technical expert.
61To manage a Micro testing Team and organize its work, ensure relevant training and build on capability of the micro testing team members, as authorized signatories, reviewal and approval report with approval mark.
