主要任务The
main missions of the role are:
生产过程的质量控制策划，制定首检、自检和终检的标准并培训实施. Plan the quality control of the production
process, make the *** inspection, self-inspection and final inspection standard and train the implementation.
组织品质异常的分析和处理，并持续跟踪改善措施的标准化工作。Organize the analysis and treatment of quality anomalies and follow up the standardization of improvement measures
统计和分析过程质量数据，并提出合理化建议并跟踪改进. Statistic and analyze process quality data, and propose reasonable suggestions and follow up improvement.
负责工程变更的质量确认。Responsible for quality confirmation of engineering changes
参与新项目的试制。Participate in the trial production of new projects
制定MSA和CPK计划，并实施。Develop and implement MSA and CPK plans.
组织进行不合格品评审，并分析改进，持续降低NRFT。Organize nonconforming product review, analyze and improve, and continuously reduce NRFT.
完成上级交代的其他任务。Complete other task assigned by manager
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
教育背景/Education: 本科学历以上。理工科专业优先Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical
经验/ Experience:2024或2025毕业生
具有团队精神 Have team spirit.
沟通交流技能communication skills.
使用办公软件，特别是EXCEL、PPT office software, especially EXCEL and PPT.
语言能力/Language: 英文CET-4
