The incumbent is responsible to support event coordination, reports, as well as payments and administrative work to support the operation of retail event team.

61 Able to work continuously for at least 6 months, minimum 4 days per week
61 Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
61 Excellent command of written and oral English and Chinese
61 Strong communication skill and curiosity to explore new things
61 Good time management and organization skills
61 Detail-oriented and ability of multi-tasking
61 Good command of office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) skills
61 Willing to develop in luxury event industry is preferred
61 Coordinate and assist assigned projects and to ensure execution is in line with brand standards under direction given by line manager;
61 Vendor creation and payment procedure
61 Responsible for event brief deck and post event report preparation
