Responsibilities:
61 Act as local contact for any IT issues
61 Escalation point for any IT issue
61 Responsible for the workstations (plan, order, maintenance, ensure patching is applied) office and shop floor PC’s as Textron small site.
61 Responsible for the IT network (setup, monitoring and maintenance), communications system (mobiles and landline phones), office and shop floor PC’s
61 Support, consult and maintain CAQ/MES installation in the plant
61 Act as 2nd level support for Shop Floor and working with a global ticket system
61 Support and ensure that patching is applied
61 IT cost responsible (TIS report)
61 Support the users and processes in SAP SFC, maintain SAP hardware, Scanners and printers. It also includes EDI related business and technical support.
61 Execute Software & Hardware standardization/purchases in conjunction with our suppliers and IT Kautex/Textron guidelines
61 Aware of global Kautex Applications (e. g MES, SharePoint, wiKi),
61 Able to explain users the correct usage of global Applications
61 Follow IT Access Security, IT change Control, IT disaster Recovery Plan, IT General Controls in conjunction Kautex security guidelines
61 Furthermore, the position acts as liaison between the plant needs and the global IT organization
61 Drive continuous improvement for IT environment
61 Remain current on continuing innovation within the organization and relevant technology trends, e. g. Industry 4.0, IoT, Digital Factory
Experience:
61 Master or Bachelor or technician in IT or comparable education
61 High interest in MES systems and their implementation into production plants
61 Experience in automotive
61 Knowledge in quality tools/standards and related CAQ systems
61 Knowledge of Kautex manufacturing processes
61 Experience in IT network topology
61 Experience in using Microsoft products
61 Familiar with monitoring tools, e. g. What’s up Gold
61 Local plant language and good English language skills are required
61 Not less than 3+ years knowledge in IT
61 ITIL certification preferred
